We offer a variety of different programs that can help you reach your fitness goals:
HealthStart Complimentary Personal Training Session: Get your fitness program started right with help from our personal trainers. This introductory personal training session will give you the tools you need to get the most from your Club Colorado Fitness membership.
In this complimentary one-hour session your personal trainer will help you clarify your goals, show you how to properly use our equipment, and design a workout regimen just for you.
The session includes:- Goal-setting questionnaire
- Resting physiological measurements:
- Blood pressure
- Resting heart rate
- Target heart rate for exercise
- Basic orientation to the equipment
- Basic fitness program design
One-on-One Training: One-on-One Training ensures that you receive the attention and instruction you need to accomplish your goals in a safe and effective manner. This option allows your trainer to design a customized workout regimen tailored to your individual needs and objectives.
"Buddy" Training: The buddy system is good for a lot of things, including a workout routine. With Buddy Training, you and a friend with similar goals work with one personal trainer together. Working with a friend help keep you motivated and committed.
Fitness Coaching: This option is perfect for those that are looking for encouragement, support and direction but not able to invest the time, energy or money into working one-on-one with a personal trainer. You will work with one of our trainers on a consultative basis and have them provide you with guidance and structure in the areas of program design, workout structure and lifestyle choices.
The Fitness Coaching program includes:- Twelve weeks of consultative program & workout design
- Initial consultation to determine specific goals and wrap-up consultation to measure progress
- Three 60-minute sessions with a personal trainer
- Program covering core strength, flexibility, resistance & cardiovascular training
